VITURE Warranty Policy (Australia)
1. Purpose
This Warranty Policy (“Policy”) hereby outlines VITURE’s commitment to providing high-quality after-sales support, including repair, replacement, and related services, for eligible products purchased within Australia.
This Policy is designed to ensure a consistent, fair, and transparent experience for all customers.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
This Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable law.
3. Scope of Policy
3.1 Eligible Purchases
This Policy applies to VITURE products purchased:
- From www.viture.com.au, or
- Through authorised VITURE retailers or distributors within Australia
This Policy is valid for consumer purchases only and does not apply to commercial resale transactions.
3.2 Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
- “VITURE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to 3RES COMAS PTY LTD (ABN 91 652 325 196) and its affiliated subsidiaries.
- “You” or “your” refers to the original end-user purchaser of the product and does not include distributors or resellers who purchased the products for resale business. [NW1]
3.3 Covered Products
This Policy applies to VITURE products, including:
- AR Glasses
- Neckband
- Mobile Dock
- VITURE Accessories
Products must be purchased through authorised Australian channels to be eligible.
We warrant that our products:
- Are of acceptable quality
- Are free from defects in materials and workmanship
- Are suitable for normal domestic household use when used in accordance with supplied instructions and manuals.
4. Warranty Coverage
4.1 Warranty Services
If a product experiences a defect during the applicable warranty period, VITURE will provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL, which may include:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with an equivalent product
- Refund or other remedy where required by law
4.2 Warranty Period
The manufacturer's warranty period becomes effective from:
- The date of purchase, as shown on a valid proof of purchase; or
- From the date of delivery (if later)
If proof of purchase is not available, the warranty period may be deemed to commence three (3) months from the manufacturing date recorded on the product.
Warranty periods vary by product and model (refer to product warranty schedule).

4.3 Repairs and Replacements
- Where a product is replaced, the warranty period will continue from the original product purchase date.
- Where a product is repaired, it will be covered by:
- The remainder of the original warranty period; or
- Three (3) months from the repair date, whichever is longer.
4.4 How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service:
- Register your product at:
https://viture.warrantyservices.com.au/ - Submit an RMA ticket including:
- Proof of purchase
- Product model and serial number
- Description of the fault
- Supporting photos or videos (if available)
Once your claim is received, our customer care team will guide you through the next steps.
5. Warranty Limitations
VITURE products are designed for normal use.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions or manuals
- Misuse, neglect, physical or accidental damage
- Liquid damage (including water, sweat, or high humidity)
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification, or self-dismantling
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable components such as nose pads and microfiber cloths
- Damage occurring during improper transportation or handling
6. Fee-Based Repair Services
Free warranty repair service does not apply to the following circumstances. A repair service may incur charges where:
- The product is outside the warranty period; or
- The damage is not covered under this Policy, such as improper use, maintenance, and non-manufacturer defects
- The product was not purchased through authorised channels
- The product is damaged due to improper dismantling by the customer or unauthorised third parties.
· The product is damaged due to force majeure, including, without limitation, acts of God, strikes, riots, labour disturbances, material shortages, non-performance by subcontractors or suppliers, abnormal manufacturing conditions or costs, delays or failures of carriers or communications, fire, flood, storms, ice, snow, accident, war, explosion, accidents, epidemics, governmental orders or regulations or inability to secure any necessary governmental or other permits, court orders, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of us.
- Product failure or damage subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or man-made causes (including but not limited to operation errors, liquid inlet, improper swap, scratch, bump during transportation or carrying, inappropriate voltage, etc.)
For non-warranty covered products, the repair service charges may include:
- Inspection fees
- Labour charges
- Replacement parts
- Shipping fees
You will be advised of any applicable charges before repairs proceed.
7. Accessories
Accessories purchased from VITURE may be returned or replaced within seven (7) days of receipt if:
- They are defective, damaged, or incorrect; and
- Supporting evidence is provided
After this period, the product will be considered condition accepted.
8. No Other Warranties
- VITURE does not warrant or represent that the functions or performance of the VITURE product will meet your specific requirements or expectations. You acknowledge and agree that the entire risk as to the quality, performance, and suitability of the VITURE product rests with you.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VITURE expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the VITURE product and any accompanying documentation. This limited warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
- This limited warranty sets forth your sole and exclusive remedy against VITURE. No agent, employee, distributor, or dealer of VITURE is authorised to modify, extend, or add to this limited warranty or to make any representations or warranties on behalf of VITURE that are binding upon it.
- Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or limitations on the duration of implied warranties. Accordingly, certain limitations set out above may not apply to you. This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction. If any provision of this limited warranty is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- VITURE’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- Claims must be made within one (1) year from the date the issue arises
This clause does not limit your rights under the ACL.
10. Privacy
We may collect personal information to process warranty claims and provide after-sales services.
Your information will be handled in accordance with:
- Our Privacy Policy; and
- Applicable Australian privacy laws
Information may be shared with authorised service providers where necessary.
11. Additional Conditions
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased in Australia (official VITURE website, authorised dealers and distributors).
- International warranty is not supported
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; if the delivery information is incorrect or the recipient refuses to receive the goods, the resulting loss shall be borne by the end-buyer.
- Personal modifications (e.g. stickers or custom finishes) are not covered
- Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours [NW2] of delivery
- Product with non-delivery or return upon rejection, we will take custody of the goods for you, and the resulting storage fees and any other possible costs shall be borne by you. The products not claimed within 30 (calendar) days may be disposed of by VITURE's authorised Service Centre.
12. General Terms
- VITURE may update this Policy from time to time
- The latest published version will apply
- If any provision is inconsistent with applicable law, the law will prevail
